HWIT Built-In Reporting is now a fully integrated reporting option included directly inside HWIT Fundamentals. It operates without separate applications, additional logins, or cross-system synchronization.
Technicians open Home Visits within the app, complete their reports, add notes and photos, record temperatures and thermostat settings, and finish the visit in one workflow. Clients receive completed reports by email, text, or the HWIT Access customer app.
AI assistance lets technicians describe Home Visit results conversationally rather than manually entering every detail. The system can use that natural-language input to help complete the report, while traditional manual entry remains available.
The company emphasizes its core philosophy: avoiding vendor lock-in. Organizations using SafetyCulture or MonitorQA may continue doing so. Those preferring integrated solutions now have that choice. Existing templates can typically be converted into HWIT Built-In Reporting with minimal changes.
