The Customer Portal is your window into our business relationship and provides you one place to go to view past inspection reports and when our future inspections are planned, post when you will be in residence so that we do not schedule visits when you are there, and a place to go to communicate and capture all pertinent communication about your property without having to search your email or text messages. .

 

You may not have all of the options listed below available to you, depending on the configuration used by your home watch provider. 

The Home Page

The Home Page

The Home Page provides a simple way for you to choose what information you wish to look at for your property.  Click on any of the buttons visible to access that data.

In the upper left you'll find the 3 lines (hamburger menu) that you can click in order to turn on/off notifications, tun on/off dark display mode, change your localization settings (date and number fornats), and also to log out of the application itself.

There is a link there to access the Help System, but you've already found that if you are reading this!

Customer Information

Customer Information

Customer information contains information about your account, as well as details from your home watch provider.

​

When you first enter the Customer Information sccreen you'll see your account details, plus contact information for some of your service providers.   If any of the information changes, please update that here and press the Save icon to update the info and notify your provider.

Important Service Dates: shows the dates that various services were last performed at your property.

​

Additional Photos & Notes: has other details about your property.

​

Company and Customer Documents: typically has saved documents like your service contract, various information from your home watch provider, etc.

Property Information

This section contains detailed information about your property.  Your provider will have customized this section with details that they wish to store about the property.  You can change any of the information container at any time -- as soon as you update an item it is immediately saved and your provider notified about the update.

Reports and Schedule

You will find all of your previous visits, and associated reports, on this page.   Use the provided link to open the report associated with the previous visit.

The Upcoming Tab will show you what is currently on your provider's schedule.  Note that these dates may be subject to change and are provided simply for informational purposes only.

In Residence

The In Residence page is where you can notify your provider about when you will be in your property.   When you first enter the screen it will list the existing dates on file.  You can tap on an existing item to change the dates should your plans change.

To enter new dates, click the link on the bottom and fill in the dates, as well as any notes, and Save those.   You may be prompted to request additional services prior to your arrival -- in that case select the items you wish and Submit the request when finished.
