About this page: Each HWIT legal document carries a version number and an effective date. The current version of each is linked below, together with a permanent PDF archive of every prior published version. A dated summary of what changed in each version is on the changelog.

Advance notice: Versions published on 23 October 2026 take effect on 23 November 2026. They add Journey Mobile, Inc. (PowerSync) to document an existing synchronisation service and replace PDFShift and Short.io with Šori rešitve, Daniel Arthur Hawton, s.p. See the sub-processor notice for details and the objection process. The archived prior versions remain effective until 23 November 2026.

Version numbering

Each document is numbered independently, from the date it first carried a version number. The Data Processing Agreement has been numbered since April 2026 and is now at version 1.3. The Master Services Agreement and Privacy Policy were first numbered as part of the 6 September 2026 revision; the Master Services Agreement is now at version 1.3 and the Privacy Policy at version 1.2.

Archived PDFs are published at permanent URLs and will not be moved.
